I am depth dressed in dark cherry, born in La Mancha, where the earth is character and silence is pure elegance. My violet flashes don't rush... they insinuate themselves, like a caress that takes its time, playing with the wait. Ripe blackberries and cherries awaken in my breath, wrapping themselves around the skin with the delicacy of licorice, and a creamy sigh that slides slowly, like a secret on the edge of the lips, begging to be discovered.

It combines very well with meats in sauce, grilled meats, small game, sheep cheeses and blue cheeses.
